Ricesheet Roll w/ Minced Pork
It is very special to have ricesheet roll in such an appearance in Hong Kong. Ricesheet roll is slippery, the quality is definitely good. Soy sauce is slightly sweet, it is a close companion of ricesheet roll.
Plain Ricesheet Roll
We do not like sesame oil is added, without our approval.
Plain Rice Congee is good in quality and texture. No beancurd sheet or starch powder sauce has been added.
It is the first time for us to dine here. We do not have sufficient confidence to order arbitrarily.
The shop is small, with four tables only.
Hygiene is good and fully accepted.

Pictures of ricesheet are posted outside the eatery, we pass-by and are attracted. Its ricesheets look different. It seems to be those we have eaten in Guangdong. Full of congee is not a large eatery, with four tables only, this means it can serve at most twenty patrons at the same time.
We deliberately avoid absorbing msg, we order plain rice congee and ricesheet. Please note that for plain rice congee, they also serve one with taste (it should be msg). The plain rice congee we order does not have any seasoning. It is simply a combination of rice and water. The texture of ricesheet is normal and reasonable, it is not too bouncy. Taste is good, as the soy sauce is slightly sweet. It would enhance the taste a bit. But we do not like the adding of sesame oil into ricesheet, this would strongly affect or cover the original rice flavor. Overall speaking, congee and ricesheet are alright, they are passed with credit.
