Fresh clams and oysters are ordered.
French Cadoret Oyster is relatively salty. The texture is of course crunchy and bouncy.
American Cherry Stone Clam is also sweet and bouncy. Comparatively, we like this clam more.
We are contented to have eaten them.
There are other selections in the fringe, but there are not too many choices. All items are from overseas.
Sauces, seasonings and drinks are available too.

This is not a restaurant or café, it is a retailer of oysters, clams and other fresh & frozen seafood from overseas. Dine-in is available, one high table without chairs serves walk-in customers. Take-away order and order by internet would also be entertained.
We order clams and oysters only, it is a bit for fun. To be the first try, there is no need to order too many items, or we cannot finish them. It takes about ten minutes, our ordered clams and oysters are served. It goes without saying that for fresh bivalves the meat is sweet, crunchy and bouncy. There is no need to add any sauce. It is already sufficient to highlight the taste and oceanic freshness by squeezing and eating with small amount of fresh lemon juice. It is anyway a wise selection of eating several bivalves before a meal.
