We do not know there is such a temple in Tai Po, we also do not know vegetarian lunch is served beforehand. Similar to other temples with kitchen serving vegetarian meal, only set meal is served. But in Fung Loy Leung Yuen, its set meal is in terms of one table of about ten persons and there are eight dishes. But this lunch meal is not served daily, but on special occasions only.
Today, they serve five tables, totally about fifty diners. We wait for a while before the dishes are served. All dishes are cooked in the kitchen and no additives are added. This is definitely a healthy vegetarian meal. Of course, the taste is like a normal casual meal, this is expected in our mind. The purpose of having this meal is to fill up the stomach and to clean the digestive system.
