Ham w/ Melon
American Black Pork Chop is comparatively thick. We expect its quality / taste is much better than those commonly available lowered priced ones, but it is only a bit better. Anyway, not much seasonings have been added. It is anyway a good attempt.
Vegetarian Pizza
The crust is thin. Once it is freshly baked, it is normally not bad in taste.
Onion Soup is one of our favourite soups.
This is quite clear in colour and rich in onion flavour.
Chocolate Cake is quite common, but it is heavenly tasty. Salty flavour can be sensed. Chocolate flavour is very strong. We all like this chocolate cake.
House Red Wine
To dine outside the restaurant is quite a special experience.

Kitchen M is a restaurant recommended by friend. We appreciate its attitude of running the restaurant and serving food. It should not be a very large restaurant. But in Hong Kong, such size is already ok. It is not in our expectation that there are not too many diners tonight. In view of its food quality and service, it deserves more diners.
There are dinner sets and a la carte. We select to order a la carte, as we do not like some items in the sets, and we cannot finish the sets. In our mind, the sets must include many items, in order to give diners an image of value for money. But we really do not want to waste food.
Generally speaking, the food tonight is not outstanding. It is just above average. We hope it is much better in our upcoming visit.
