Steamed Razor Clam (蒸聖子) is very generous in portion. Bean threads and preserved black bean paste are added, enhancing the flavor of razor clam meat and this dish as a whole. Razor clam is very fresh.





Deep-fried Wanton & Cuttlefish Cake (炸雲吞墨魚餅)
This is one of the signature dishes in Lin Heung. The portion is quite generous. Deep-fried stuffs are always not too bad, if it is not over-fried.





Cuttlefish Cake is served in the middle. Underneath, we can find a layer of chopped pineapple.
Cuttlefish meat is definitely bouncy naturally. We do not sense that flour is added.




Roast Goose (燒鵝) is not cooked by Lin Heung. It is in fact bought from a restaurant nearby, called Tai O Crossing Boat Restaurant http://blog.yahoo.com/deli-prince-club/articles/592799. It is freshly roasted and it is the last half bird of the day. Even though we would like to order one whole bird, it is not possible.





Steamed Pork w/ Salted Shrimp Paste (蝦醬豬肉) is a very flavorful dish. Pork is very fresh. This is not easy to try in other restaurants. It is a Tai O specialty.


 


Steamed Spareribs w/ Plum Sauce (麵醬蒸排骨)
This dish is also delicious and authentic. In Tai O, this dish seems to be more delicious. Suddenly these two steamed pork dishes are sold out.
In addition, two plates of vegetables are ordered in the meal.



 


Steamed Sea Snails (白灼海螺)
The meat is small in size, while the texture is chewy and bouncy. Chili soy sauce is included.






Fried Grouper w/ Celery (西芹炒班球)
This is in fact one of the two dishes of grouper. The grouper is large in size, and is large enough to make two dishes.

This is our second attempt in Lin Heung. We have many a diner tonight and can order a lot of dishes. Besides, half bird of roast goose is also ordered from an eatery nearby. Yes, freshly roasted goose is available in Tai O. But it is suggested to order the roast goose in advance, for fear that it will be sold out. Dishes ordered this time are a bit different. Overall rating is higher this time. We are pleased to have a wonderful seafood meal in Lin Heung again.
